The GOAA Purchasing Division uses the services of AirportLink to provide various services including: supplier database management, solicitation notification, document fulfillment, on-line bid and response, on-line catalog and other Internet procurement related services. Please be advised that the AirportLink service is not the Purchasing Divisions sole method of providing notice of bid opportunities or solicitation notification. There is no cost for registering with AirportLink.

The services provided by AirportLink have the potential of providing transaction cost and time savings that can benefit all members of the supply chain. Firms registering with AirportLink may be notified of bid opportunities by email or fax.  GOAA does not intend for AirportLink to be its exclusive method of providing notice of bid opportunities.  Notice of solicitations through AirportLink is merely a courtesy service that should not be relied upon by potential suppliers.  Interested parties should check the Purchasing Divisions webpage regularly for the most current solicitation information. Participation will also enable suppliers to receive solicitations via email, Internet download or fax at no cost or by mail for the cost of postage and handling. Firms with access to the Internet will also be able to submit electronic responses via secure Internet transmitting to some solicitations. AirportLink can also provide assistance in setting up on-line catalogs to help facilitate our access to your products if desired.

To view GOAA's IFB's, RFP's, RFQ's, etc. visit the AirportLink web site, where you may also choose to register as a vendor. Upon completion of your registration you will receive confirmation and a user ID and password. GOAA disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the reliability of AirportLink as a method of providing notice of bid opportunities or solicitation notification.

Material Control Receiving hours are 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for Authority holidays. Receiving is closed on Authority holidays.
