5/16/2012 - Orlando International Airport Celebrates "The Spirit of Liberty" With the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra

 

ORLANDO, FL – In what has become an annual tradition for music enthusiasts around Central Florida, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is sponsoring Liberty Weekend, celebrating “The Spirit of Liberty,” Saturday, June 30, 8:00 p.m. at Orlando International Airport. Liberty Weekend will feature a selection of popular favorites and patriotic music performed by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Christopher Wilkins.

This year in “The Spirit of Liberty,” the public can witness the unveiling of a new permanent Memorial for our military prior to the concert.

The public is invited to attend this free performance which is being held in the atrium of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. Concert attendees can receive three hours of complimentary parking.

In addition, the Hyatt Regency is making the evening more memorable by providing a variety of Liberty Package Weekend Specials:

  • Liberty Dinner Package includes a VIP reception, and gourmet dinner served on the hotel’s Performance Balcony overlooking the symphony and complimentary
