Non-Based Crew (NBC) Member Parking Program

Location

• Parking for the Airline Non-Based Crews (NBCs) at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) will be at the South Park Place (SPP), formerly known as the Red Parking Lot
• SPP is approximately 1.5 miles south of OIA’s main terminal building
• Driving directions to SPP from SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) and SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard)
• Merge into Jeff Fuqua Boulevard (North entrance road) from SRs 528 and 436
• Follow green ‘Terminal B’ signs
• Follow ‘South Exit’ sign (to SR 417)
• Merge into South Access Road
• Turn left at the first traffic light on South Access Road
• Follow ‘South Park Place’ sign on the right
• Arrive at destination

• Driving directions to SPP from the South Access Road
• Turn right at the Traffic light
• Follow ‘South Park Place’ sign on the right
• Arrive at destination

• South Park Place includes provision for general public parking

South Park Place Access

• Once application is submitted, accepted, and payment made, SPP parking access card will be issued
• Access card will only work at the SPP
• At SPP entry, proceed to the designated automated ‘Bus Only’ lane
• Scan your access card, gate will rise, proceed into the parking lot
• Access card reader will be located on the left, before the gate arm
• If preceded by another vehicle at the entry, wait until gate arm ahead lowers completely before proceeding to the card reader
• Do not use E-Pass/SunPass entry lanes. No refund for charges if used

• If the access card reader is not able to read your card, hence not raise the gate, pull a ticket from the ‘Ticket dispenser machine’. Gate will rise. Proceed to park. Retain the ticket as it will be needed to process your exit when leaving the parking lot.

• At SPP exit, proceed to the designated automated ‘Bus Only’ lane
• Scan your access card, gate will raise, proceed exiting the parking lot
• Access card reader will be located on the left, before the gate arm
• If preceded by another vehicle at the exit, wait until gate arm ahead lowers completely before proceeding to the card reader
• Do not use E-Pass/SunPass entry lanes. No refund for charges if used
• Be cautious of vehicles entering and exiting the commercial vehicle staging area on the right hand side

• If you pulled a ticket to gain entry into the parking lot, proceed to a ‘Cashier’ attended booth and present both your ticket and access card. Parking fees will be waived for access cards in a current status. For non-current cards, normal parking fees will be due at the time of exit.

Parking and Transportation from South Park Place

• Once inside the SPP, follow sign to ‘General Parking’
• Park in any available parking space
• Proceed to any of the four (4) shuttle stops (A, B, C & D)
• Transportation to the Terminal will include new SPP Shuttle bus fleet
• Timely shuttle bus & customer friendly drivers will be available to assist passengers
• Expedited shuttle bus trip to the Terminal
• Drop-off at Terminal B will be on the departure deck (Terminal Level 3)
• Shuttle bus transportation will include general public parking at SPP

Terminal Pick-Up and Transportation to South Park Place

• For returning passengers, proceed to Terminal B, Level 1, Space B16 or B17 for SPP bound bus
• Expedited shuttle bus trip to SPP
• At SPP, bus drop-off will be at the four (4) shuttle stops (A, B, C & D)
• Transportation to SPP will include new SPP Shuttle bus fleet
• Timely shuttle bus & customer friendly drivers will be available to assist passengers
• Follow Exit signs to exit SPP

Pricing Options and Payment

• Prepaid 1-6 months @40/month
• Payment will be made at the Ground Transportation Services (GTS) office
• The GTS office is located on the first (1st) floor of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Annex Building
• GTS Physical address: 5855 Cargo Road, Orlando, FL 32827
• Acceptable forms of payment: Check and Cash only
• Initial payment alongside a completed application shall be made in person. Succeeding check payments can either be made in person or by mail
